Rose Marok is the owner of AGLP CIC , A not to profit organisation, under the umbrella company rose is a CEO of AGLP Enterprises event management, owner of other brands like Mrs ASIA INDIA , MISS INDIA UNITED KINGDOM, MRS/Ms/MISS ASIA GREAT BRITAN. She is strongly advocates women empowerment and leadership through her pageantry. Her pageantry’s are one of its own kind in the world.

Rose is CIPD-qualified HR professional, a certified mental health awareness worker, and a qualified psychologist. Based in Solihull, UK, she also co-manages a dental practice with her husband, all while raising two beautiful children.

Crowned Mrs. India UK 2019, Rose proudly represented the United Kingdom as Mrs. United Kingdom International the same year. With a deep passion for female empowerment, she now leads a non-traditional pageantry program that helps women rediscover their voice, purpose, and potential through personal growth, confidence-building, and community.

In addition to her professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Rose volunteers at the Birmingham Mind Helpline, offering support to individuals struggling with mental health challenges. As a mother and community leader, she is deeply committed to raising awareness and funds for local charities and causes close to her heart.

She is a vocal advocate for mental health awareness, food poverty, domestic abuse prevention, and cancer research, working tirelessly to create spaces of safety, understanding, and transformation.

Rose’s contributions have been widely recognized on many platforms through felicitations and awards. Last year she received The prestigious an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarians Work from the Global International Alliance

Rose marok was named Inspirational Leader of the Year at the Vietnam International Awards Jubilee Celebration 2022. Her story was also featured in the “100 Successful Women in Business” book, and she was honoured with the She Awards UK 2025 for her work in women’s empowerment.

Currently, she serves as the Brand Ambassador for Roshni Birmingham, a charity supporting the BAME community in living free from violence, abuse, and fear.

Rose’s mission is simple yet powerful: to lead by example. She firmly believes that if we want to see change in the world, we must first be that change.
